Single rooms have been reserved in the Moore complex of dormitories on campus, at a cost of $28 per night. The rooms have been reserved for the nights of Sunday August 1 through Wednesday August 4.

Buffalo State only allows payment by check or cash—no credit cards are accepted. Also, they require payment by July 15th, 2010. Checks should be made out to "Buffalo State Residence Life Office."

Aug. 11–13, 2010 at Caltech in Pasadena, CA

A block of rooms is reserved at the Athenaeum for 4 nights assuming a Tuesday Aug. 10 arrival and a Saturday, Aug. 14 departure. The block will be held until 30 days prior, so participants should reserve them by the middle of July. Cost is $165/night plus tax. (There are a few other hotels in the area, but staying off campus typically gives you only moderate cost savings in exchange for a big reduction in convenience.)

Maps, contact info, and parking are all on the web at http://www.its.caltech.edu/~ath/.

The workshops will be held in East Bridge, and it and the Athenaeum are both listed on the campus map. East Bridge is building no. 33.
